If you’ve been having migraine spells and more headaches than normal, it’s probably because your daily water intake is pretty low. Lack of proper hydration drops blood volume and this, in turn, reduces the brain’s supply of oxygen, your vessels dilate and yeah, headache brews.

Bad breath

Your diet of odiferous foods might make your breath smell like rotten fish, nevertheless, not consuming enough water also leaves your mouth parched and as a result of dwindling saliva production in your mouth, bacteria find it an easy breeding ground.

Constipation

Of course, this is a no-brainer. You’ll definitely spend more time in the loo struggling with letting out your poo if you’re not drinking enough water. Get your juices flowing again by keeping your body hydrated all day long.
